21 Day Challenge Step Two

You have completed Step One of the 21-Day Challenge! We are now moving on to step two.

The first, is social proof and support is huge when doing any kind of challenge. Think about it for a second: By you telling your family and friends that you are going to be taking on a 21-Day Fitness Challenge, you will be more apt to stick with it for the whole 21 days.

None of us likes telling others that we didn’t complete something that we started. So this step is very important!
